Confimedis GmbH has validated this release in accordance with its quality management system and GAMP 5 before deployment, re-executing the test cases of the Operational Qualification (OQ) for the affected functions according to their risk classification. A release does not change the configuration of your study, such as forms, edit checks, roles, or users, which your Performance Qualification (PQ) covers. Where existing settings are migrated, the note says so. The Validation Package of every release, including the OQ report and a prefilled Validation Summary Report (VSR), is available on request and only needed for an initial validation or a revalidation. A test project is a copy of your study without patient data, created via CDISC ODM export and import.

This release predates the introduction of Release Impact Statements. Its changes are listed below.

Improvements

  • Users: Administrative users can now create their own API keys in the account settings to be used for automated data imports and exports.
  • Participant: For study participants, the unique subject key is now rendered as the username in the application menu slideover.
  • Subjects: Added options to configure custom anchor labels and enable tick marks for the range slider field.
  • Surveys: Added the option to specify a custom primary color for surveys and ePRO links.
  • Surveys: File uploads are now supported in surveys and ePRO links.

Bug fixes

  • Surveys: Fixed an issue where resuming a survey would jump to the last unanswered page instead of the first one when pages were missed in between.
  • Notifications: Fixed notifications not being sent for overlapping scheduled events when a preceding entry was not enabled for the participant.
