Validierung
Validierung durch Confimedis
Die Confimedis GmbH hat diese Version vor der Bereitstellung gemäß ihrem Qualitätsmanagementsystem und GAMP 5 validiert und dabei die Testfälle der Operationalen Qualifizierung (OQ) für die betroffenen Funktionen entsprechend ihrer Risikoeinstufung erneut durchgeführt. Eine neue Version ändert die Konfiguration Ihrer Studie nicht, etwa Formulare, Prüfregeln, Rollen oder Nutzer, die Ihre Performance Qualifizierung (PQ) abdeckt. Werden bestehende Einstellungen migriert, nennt der Hinweis dies. Das Validierungspaket jeder Version mit OQ-Bericht und vorausgefülltem Validation Summary Report (VSR) erhalten Sie auf Anfrage, Sie benötigen es nur für eine Erstvalidierung oder eine Revalidierung. Ein Testprojekt ist eine Kopie Ihrer Studie ohne Patientendaten, die Sie per CDISC-ODM-Export und -Import anlegen.
Diese Version stammt aus der Zeit vor Einführung der Release Impact Statements. Ihre Änderungen sind unten aufgeführt.

Features
- Notifications: Notification timings
- Automated email, SMS, and push notifications for scheduled events now support two new variants: Announcements (days before the time window starts) and Reminders (days before the time window ends).
- Besides study participants, these new notifications can now also be configured for team members, so they always know which participants have upcoming visits, even without opening the calendar.
- Additionally, for events without enabled ePRO links or authorized forms, study participants can still receive information-only reminders for non-remote, in-person visits.
- For multi-day events, an optional local time can be configured at which the notification is sent. If left empty, the notification is sent immediately as soon as the event falls within the current scheduling window (e.g., right after a participant self-registration).
In total, there are now 8 notification variants for scheduled events:

Improvements
- Randomization: Added a setting option to automatically randomize subjects upon creation or when required stratification variables become available.
Bug fixes
- General: Fixed an issue in Firefox where navigating the calendar could unexpectedly jump to a different year.
